Lacrosse offers the speed and power of football and hockey and the endurance, agility and strategy of soccer and basketball. Lacrosse is both exciting to play and thrilling to watch. This video demonstrates the rules, equipment and differences between men’s and women’s lacrosse. *This video was produced in 2004 by US Lacrosse. Some rules and equipment have been updated since then.  Also, since the production of this video, US Lacrosse membership has nearly doubled to over 250,000 members in 60 chapters across the country.
