Here's what you need to do to Register:

Step 1:  Go to www.uslacrosse.org and register with US Lacrosse. The $25 fee provides you with one years insurance to play and is a league requirement.  This insurance is good for a whole year and would cover you for any other lacrosse related activities. i.e. Fall, Winter, and Summer as well.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never played lacrosse before, you will need to register as a new player. If you have a US Lacrosse membership, you will be renewing your membership as a returning player (you can look yourself up via name and birthday.) You need to make sure your  membership expires AFTER  6/30/2010  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT HOLLISTON YOUTH LACROSSE AS YOUR TEAM AFFILIATION!

After you complete your registration, you'll be given a membership number, which you'll need for Step 2.

Step 2:  Proceed with the ONLINE Registration and register for all Spring 2010 programs including I Team, Spring Travel, and Boys Select signups by 12/1/09 to avoid any late fees.

Registration will open on 10/15/2009 and close 12/1/2009.  The cost this year for Spring Travel lacrosse will be $135/per player, $250 for two players and a family maximum of $350 for 3 or more. Family caps and discounts will apply solely to the Spring Travel teams and will not apply to Intructional team (I Team) and Select team fees. The I Team fee will be $85 per player. Due to the additional expense for the I Team Program and the Select program, we cannot discount or cap these fees. As always if you have a hardship case please contact us to discuss.

PLEASE NOTE - All registrations received after 12/1/2009 are subject to a $25 late fee per player. Late registration will close and NO REFUNDS will be issued after 12/31/09 as we have to comit to the league our team counts. Any player seeking to register after that date will need to contact the registrar to see if we are accepting any new players for the wait list.
